This agreement governs use of Dummy Guy Bookkeeping ("the Software"), a private internal integration owned and operated by Dummy Guy, LLC.
The Software is for the exclusive internal use of Dummy Guy, LLC. It is not licensed, sold, distributed or made available to any other person or company. The sole authorised user is the owner of the business.
The Software connects to the company's own QuickBooks Online account to read accounting data for internal financial reporting and bookkeeping.
The Software and its source code are the property of Dummy Guy, LLC. No licence, right or interest is granted to any other party.
All data accessed belongs to Dummy Guy, LLC. Handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. It is a private internal tool and carries no service commitment, uptime guarantee or support obligation.
Dummy Guy, LLC accepts no liability to any third party arising from the Software, as no third party is licensed to use it.
The owner may revoke the QuickBooks connection and delete the Software at any time.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
